China has expressed its willingness to collaborate with Nepal's new government following Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's decision to form a new coalition with CPN-UML, Rastriya Swatantra Party, and Janata Samajbadi Party, abandoning the previous alliance led by Nepali Congress.

In a routine press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning stated, "China has observed Nepal's recent formation of a new ruling coalition and cabinet restructuring. We sincerely hope that all parties in Nepal will come together and cooperate to smoothly facilitate the establishment of a new government, ensuring political stability, economic development, and improvement of people's livelihood."

Highlighting the significance of Nepal-China relations, Mao emphasized China's commitment to upholding the five principles of peaceful coexistence, strengthening traditional friendship, expanding pragmatic cooperation, and advancing strategic collaboration for enduring friendship focused on development and prosperity.

Mao further asserted that the partnership between China and Nepal will continue to grow, generating more advantages for the citizens of both nations.
